GoTech Home Inspection was on a recommended list and after calling around we decided to go with them for their good reviews, responsive emails and clear competitive pricing. The team was easy to work with, very accommodating and had a great website interface to schedule, sign, and pay for the inspection. Eric was great, showed up early due to weather and stuck around till I was able to meet up. 360 pictures of every room was a nice bonus for my wife’s busy planning as we wait to close on our home.

I had my home inspected for a new purchase. I also had my sewer lines checked. The guys were on time and had the ladder up already to check the roof as I was a minute or two late. They were very thorough and Justin went over any issues with me before he left. Within a few hours I had one report and the other soon after. I have a small house without any major concerns and was very happy with GoTech Home Inspection. I highly recommend.

We called GoTech Home Inspections due to having a short turnaround on a purchase of a house. Justin and his team came out w/in the week and performed the inspection. They offered an in-depth analysis of the house and were prompt in showing up. All questions we had were answered in a timely and respectful manner. We even changed up what inspections we wanted (added services) and GoTech Home Inspections was very accommodating. Communication was consistent and timely as well. The inspection report was delivered right away with an in-depth discussion of recommendations and in-depth safety reports.

Today, Eric conducted a house inspection for a possible home purchase. As we walked up the driveway, he greeted us in a very friendly manner setting up a positive scenario. As the morning progressed, he kept us updated as to what he found in major categories including areas such as the foundation, structure, roofing, electrical, plumbing, insulation, crawl space, etc. He also checked outlets, faucets, doors, appliances, etc. for working effectiveness.
Eric made us aware of his findings in an objective and trusting way which made me think I would not hesitate to request and hire him again if I ever needed a qualified inspector. In short, his knowledge and feedback helped my wife and I make sound decisions about our house hunting.
